The site in its entirety as well as all related rights are the property of Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc., whose main office is located at 419, Heriot street, Drummondville (Québec), Canada, G2B 1B4. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically submitted to the authorization of the owners. However, hypertext links to the site are permitted without the need for authorization.
Upon placement of the order, client acknowledges having read the specific Terms and Conditions put forth on this screen and expressly declares accepting them without reserve. The present Terms and Conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. and its client, the two parties accepting without reserve. These general Terms and Conditions of sale will take precedence over any other terms and conditions that may appear in any other document, except for prior derogation, expressed or written.
The products proposed for sale are generally available in store. For products not readily available, a delay of a few weeks is necessary to reproduce a jewel, depending on its type. The maximum possible delay is four weeks. In the case where a client orders a non-available product, the client shall be informed of this through his/her client account available on the site and/or by e-mail as soon as possible.
If the client wishes to place an order, he/she must first identify him/herself. To this effect, and according to the instructions furnished online the client will fill out a form including all information necessary for his/her identification such as name and last name, phone number, postal address, including billing and delivery addresses as well as e-mail.
All information is presented to the client in French and English. Once the client has selected the presented products, client shall confirm the order by clicking on the "Confirm Order" button to indicate his/her acceptance of the general Terms and Conditions.
From that moment, the order is recorded and the client receives an order number as well as a confirmation number on the screen and/or by e-mail. The data recorded by Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. constitute the proof of the nature, content, and date of the order.
No unilateral order cancellation shall be accepted without the agreement of Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. If you change your mind, you can return the article to us within the 7 days following the date of delivery only if the company has been made aware and if you have been granted a return; since all special orders are not refundable. "Special order" means: any ring ordered with a particular size or modification as demanded by the client.
We heartfully wish that you will be charmed by the products you have purchased online. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, do not hesitate to contact us. You may return your article by mail or directly at Bijouterie Brenda within 30 days following your order date.
Exchanges and credit notes are possible. However, refunds are not accepted.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the client when ordering. Delivery will be executed by Canada Post. In exchange for your package, you will be asked for your signature in order to confirm reception of your order. Delivery will only take place once the order has been confirmed by the client and once payment has been received in its entirety.
Bank payment centers eventually concerned shall have given their prior payment agreement. In the case where a center refuses, the order will automatically be cancelled. Furthermore, Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order from a client with whom litigation is under way.
Delivery fees are calculated according to your place of residence. These may be consulted at all times in the conditions of delivery.
Delivery address: the customer agrees to include a delivery address where a delivery may be made during regular business hours. In case of the client's absence during delivery, the transporter shall leave a delivery notification card so that the parcel may be picked up at a Canada Post branch or at one of the centers of the Canada Post network.
Following preparation by logistics, the order is delivered within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours by Canada Post's transporter. This delay applies to business days, with no shipping problems and according to product availability.
In no instance may delivery delays due to stock shortages result in compensation and/or damages.
In case of stock shortages, the resupply period is approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery delays start from the date that product is considered in stock.
In case of force majeure or exceptionnal events (natural disaster, epidemic, strike, lockout, etc.) delaying or preventing the delivery of merchandise, Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. shall not be held liable.
Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. is in no way responsible with regards to non compliance with the shipping delays set forth by the transporter. No damages or refunds may be requested at Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc., in case of delays due to failures of the transporter.
Any order cancellation, for whatever motive and accepted by Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc., will give right to the reimbursement of sums paid. No damages relating to this cancellation may be requested.
Prices are indicated according to the selected currency, applicable taxes not included. Packaging fees are included. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transportation fees, which are calculated according to your territory. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the definitive price, all taxes included. This price includes product price, handling, packaging, and product conservation fees as well as transportation fees.
Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment, without notice. Products will be invoiced according to prices in effect at the moment of validation, during payment of each order. The client will be notified in case of a price modification. Any cancellation following a price adjustment shall be accepted.
By signing the delivery slip, the client accepts the product delivered as being in good condition and no damage claims shall be accepted. The client is responsible for confirming the parcel's condition upon its arrival. Client has an approximate 24-hour delay to contact us so we may contact the transporter as soon as possible.
Any claim that does not respect the above rules or delays will not be taken into account and shall free Bijouterie B.G. Brenda of any responsibility relative to the consumer.
In case of damage or missing product, client shall detail the case on the delivery slip and confirm them within 24 hours of delivery, by phone, standard mail or e-mail to Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc.
Any merchandise return must be priorly agreed to by Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. Any jewel having been modified in size or other is non reimbursable. In all cases, the return of merchandise is at the client's expense and risk.
A detailed invoice shall be sent to the client and included in the parcel with all related tax details.

If payment is not received within 7 days, order will be cancelled.
In case of the loss or theft of parcel because of a problem with the transporter, it is imperative that you signal the event to Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. within a reasonable period of time. To report the loss or theft of a parcel, you must imperatively do so by e-mail or by declaration on honour.
An investigation of the transporter will then be opened by Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. will render available to the client all information pertaining to the investigation. The minimum delay for declaring a loss or theft of a parcel is 3 weeks. If it is found, following the investigation of the transporter, that a loss did indeed take place, Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. will either proceed with a second delivery or a reimbursement by cash or cheque; subject to compensation by the transporter.
The present contract is subject to the laws of Québec. The language of the present contract is French or English. In the event of a dispute, Québec courts shall be the only competent bodies.
This information and data concerning you are necessary for processing your order and for communication purposes between you and Bijouterie B.G. Brenda Inc. To this effect, please read the file containing our vision on the management of your personal information.
Storage: this information and data are stored for a period of at least seven years, for the purpose of complying with legal obligations.
